Sour Cream and Almond Brownies

Si mamih iseng beli sour cream, pas nyampe rumah bingung buat apaan. Jiaaaah...dasar lidah endonesah, gak bisa gitu sop buntut dikasih sour cream? Nooo no no...

Googling resep masakan yg pake sour cream, yang kira-kira cocok sama lidah kita, orang endonesah asli. Hihihihi...
Tralaaaa jadilah ini...


Sukaaaa.... Bukan hanya sekali tapi berkali-kali xoxoxo. Gak bisa stop ngunyah ampe timbangan naek seperempat kilo **iya kaleee isinya brownies**
Teksturnya chewy, fudge, and gak terlalu manis, just right deh pokoknya. 
Di resep aslinya pake macademia, tapi si mamih gak punya jadi pakenya almond. Sama-sama kacang ya anywaaayyy *gak boleh protes**

Step 2
Combine the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes to cool.









macadamias and choc chips and stir to combine. Spoon into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Remove from oven and set aside in the pan to cool completely. Cut into squares to serve.
